This site is maintained by a radio enthusiast who prefers not to be named. Reports differ as to identity.

It has been determined that the transmissions do not appear to originate from any known Earth-based transmitter. Though they are received and relayed at irregular intervals.

The broadcasts themselves seem to be made by non-human entities referred to as The Shadows. They observe and comment upon human reality, culture, embodiment, history, and patterns of social control.
